VAZRON offers a wide range of Tip Trailers ranging from 22 Cum to 40 Cum in Triple Axel and 22 Cum/24Cum in double Axle for various make trucks (such as Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, AMW, Mahindra Motors etc.) The Trailers can be designed for several applications such as Coal/Iron Ore/Clinkers etc.
We offer a wide range of Trippers ranging from 14Cum to 24 Cum for mounting on the chassis of various make Trucks. These trippers can be developed as per the specific requirement of customer and as per several applications.
We offer Side Wall Trailers from 26 feet length to 40 feet length in both double axle and triple axle as per customer requirement. Side walls can be provided in Drop Down type system and removable type system also if required. We can also provide Coil well if required for loading of Steel Coils. Side wall trailers are normally used for transporting of packaged material such as Food grains, Cement, Electronic goods etc.
We offer Semi Low Bed Trailers in 40 feet and 32 feet length in both double axle and triple axle as per customers requirement. Semi Low Bed Trailers are usually used for transporting of Earth Moving machines and heavy Equipment etc. A hydraulic ramp can be provided to facilitate the climbing of machines on trailer if required and application.
We offer Flat Bed Trailers in 40 feet and 32 feet length in both double axle and triple axle as per customers requirement. Flat bed trailers open on all sides to facilitate the transporting of longer or wider materials and application.
We offer a wide range of Rock Body Tippers ranging from 14Cum to 18cum for mounting on the chassis of various make Trucks. Rock Trippers are made from Special grade steel having highest possible Hardness, Yield Strength and tensile Strength such as HARDOX Steel. These trippers can be developed as per specific requirement of customers.
We offer several range of curtain trailers. They can be provided in Fixed Curtain System/Siding Roof System/Curtain Sider Rood System as per the application. These systems offer both safe transportation of the bulky goods and the possibility of easy loading with a crane from above. At the same time the full tarpaulin can be opened very quickly and therefore efficiently and economically by just one person. Curtains can be provided with Branding of a company if required.
Curtain systems can be installed in Flat Bed Trailer/ Semi Low Bed Trailer/ Side Wall trailer as per the application requirement of the customer.
We offer Skeletal Trailers in 40 feet and 32 feet length in both double axle and triple axle as per customers requirement and application.
Skeletal Trailers are used for transporting of materials packed in Shipping containers. These trailers are provided with container locks for locking containers to the bed.
Apart from our regular tipper & tip-trailer products mentioned above we offer various multi utility truck bodies as per specific requirement of our customer. Our Research and Development Team is properly structured and leveraged to develop new products at a very short period of time, as per customer requirement and application.
